Pensacola resident Dan Jones has launched a new home inspection business with the No. 1 home inspection network in North America, Pillar To Post Home Inspectors®. Prior to joining Pillar to Post, Jones served as an enlisted active-duty Navy Sailor from 2012 until his medical retirement in April 2023. The transition from military service to civilian life was a significant shift. As Jones reflected, “not in a million year’s would I have thought I’d be where I’m at now.”
Known for his dedication, those familiar with him would have anticipated a 30-year career in the Navy. However, life took an unexpected turn, culminating in his retirement as a Chief Petty Officer after only 11 years. Following his retirement, Jones spent a good many months refiguring out his purpose in life, finally settling on it being quite simple.
