Once you are awarded a franchise, the onboarding phase begins. New Franchise Business Owners will work with a dedicated Startup Director as their coach. This type of coaching focuses on Business Operations, Sales + Marketing, as well as getting to know the home inspection process. This phase aims to equip franchise owners with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully run and grow a Pillar To Post franchise.

Our all-inclusive training system is called Foundations for Success. This all-encompassing program teaches our franchisees everything they need to know about owning a business, our brand and our industry. We give our franchisees the tools they need to be strong, successful business owners. This program includes:

11-Week Training: Our 11 weeks of virtual training cover our industry, programs sales training, technical skills, operations, and first-hand experience and practice running a business. This training is broken into 4 phases:

  • Pre-training: 90-120 hours of online self-paced training, focusing on Home Inspection basics
  • Phase 1: Technical/Pillar To Post Orientation
  • Phase 2: Business Leadership Training
  • Phase 3: Sales and Marketing  - Pillar To Post Predicable Greatness
  • Phase 4: Ongoing Continuous Learning for lifetime of the business

Training Days look like:

  • Sessions daily M-F 10AM-3PM ET
  • Additional Independent study (4 hours per day), comprised of:
    • Interactive Inspection demonstrations and training
    • Virtual classroom
    • Practice inspections
    • Roleplay
