Alisha joined the Pillar To Post™ family at the beginning of 2021 and has been an integral part of the Training and Communications Team. She works with the team to generate the monthly Foundations For Success Franchisee Training Calendar, as well as the Employee Inspector Training Calendar. Alisha manages the Learning Management System for all courses and learning plans and works on the Weekly Friday MailBox and Monday Education Communication Newsletters that goes out to all Franchisees to keep them updated on all Business and Industry updates. Alisha is passionate about Training and Development and is dedicated to ensuring that you are equipped with all the information that you need to be successful in your business.
