After that experience, Brewer wanted to start his own home inspection business that would take quality and training seriously.
From the moment we started franchisingâ€”just one year after we were founded in 1993â€”we have taken training seriously. Not only do our franchise owners and inspectors get detailed technical training in performing property inspections, but they also learn our standards of practice as well as our proven business startup and operations program.
