 D’Wayne Tanner brings more than 30 years of franchising experience to his role, where he leads development strategy with a focus on sustainable growth, strong franchise business owner alignment, and deeper engagement across the brokerage community.

A graduate of Rice University, Tanner built his career across some of the franchising industry’s most recognized brands, including Yum! Brands, Wendy’s International and FOCUS Brands. He most recently spent more than a decade with BELFOR Franchise Group, supporting the growth and development of franchise systems in the home services sector. Tanner is passionate about building relationships and fully embraces the immeasurable joy and the responsibility that comes with partnering with future business owners in their life-changing entrepreneurial endeavors. He is responsible for expanding the brand’s footprint across North America while ensuring new franchise business owners are positioned for long-term success through training, support, and strategic alignment.
