The brand eventually grew to more than 1,000 locations in 27 countries. Helton Champions the Home Inspection Franchise’s Executive Model
Bill Helton has been named franchise recruiting director of Pillar To Post Home Inspectors. Drawing on 20-plus years of franchising experience, Helton will bolster Pillar To Post’s commitment to its executive model.

Because Helton has owned multiple units of the Contours Express fitness concept, he understands the hard work and dedication required to grow a business. To buy his first Contours Express franchise, Helton recalled taking out a second mortgage on his home while raising two children. “That decision changed my life and taught me the power of following a proven process,” he said. “Within 11 months, I had scaled to three locations and eventually expanded into a second franchise business. I would later become the brand’s president.” He will draw on this experience while helping Pillar To Post owners scale their business while maintaining high-quality service and work-life balance.”

Franchising and Support
Over the last decade, Helton has held leadership roles with PuroClean, Steamatic and milliCare. He has also worked at Franocity as a senior franchise consultant and founded his own consulting firm, Franchise Connection Group. The Lee University graduate sees franchising as empowering for entrepreneurs. “The support, proven systems and community in franchising are what really set it apart from starting a business independently.
