Those qualities became the bedrock of her remarkable 30-year career in the Life Sciences industry, where she built and led regulatory-compliant consulting operations across the U.S. and internationally.
Her unmatched expertise in regulatory compliance, operational leadership, and client relations has shaped a career defined by tenacity. Whether serving her country, helping Life Science manufacturers deliver safe and reliable medications to patients, or now helping homeowners gain confidence in one of life’s major investments.

Patrick brings a uniquely comprehensive background to the home inspection field. His career has woven together residential contracting, real estate, appraisals, licensed home inspections, and work as an insurance public adjuster, where he protected homeowners during insurance claims. Most recently, he excelled in talent acquisition, sharpening his ability to connect with people and understand what clients value.
Patrick has performed nearly every function surrounding the home inspection process—experience that now forms the backbone of the Triton Team’s service model. His industry knowledge, paired with Shelley’s strategic leadership, creates a powerful combination.
