Todd brings over 30 years of expertise in sales and sales coaching, with a proven track record of driving growth and developing talent. He spent 20 years in retail with two major retailers, where he expanded store footprints by opening new locations, hiring, and training teams, and refining processes to achieve top-tier sales results.
For the past decade, Todd has focused on franchising, working with three franchisors—including PTP—to develop and teach sales strategies, launch new franchise owners, and scale businesses. His achievements include helping one franchisor grow from 50 to over 300 franchises in six years and building another from the ground up by creating its sales process and conducting Sales Academy for over 40 new franchises.
Passionate about entrepreneurship, Todd thrives on guiding business owners through their journey, making sales approachable and enjoyable. He believes results stem from behaviors and excels at coaching best practices to help others succeed.
