As a home inspector, my top priority is to serve you by providing a thorough, high-quality inspection report, delivered on-site, combined with a superior customer service experience. My goal is to educate a home buyer or seller about the home while advising them on any concerns they may have—simply put, to be a trusted advisor during the home-buying process.
Trained and certified by Pillar To Post, North America’s largest and top-ranked home inspection franchise, and a member of ASHI® (American Society of Home Inspectors), I have performed hundreds of home inspections. I grew up in small-town Ohio and moved to Los Angeles right after graduating from the University of Miami. During my childhood, I learned a lot from my father, a mechanical engineer, who single-handedly built a cantilevered, second-story, three-bedroom, and bathroom addition to our home so that my three brothers and I could each have a room of our own.
Before embarking on my journey as a small business owner and home inspector, I enjoyed a decades-long career in broadcasting, garnering an Emmy Award for my work helping launch the NFL on Fox in 1994. Highly technical and detail-oriented, I hold my work to the highest standards, a quality that is crucial when it comes to real estate transactions. I look forward to working with you on yours!
