We have a team of 30+ people dedicated to assisting you with growing your franchise and guide you toward success. Each of our franchisees is assigned a personal business coach, equipped to help you achieve your goals and overcome obstacles. Our business coaches have years of franchise experience and are trained specifically to provide the tools and resources you need to make your investment worthwhile.
We help equip each new franchisee with the tools and skills they need to succeed. From Discovery Day—when you meet the Pillar To Post team and learn everything about our brand—to your first inspection, we make sure to provide the support and resources you need to make your transition into franchising as smooth as possible.
To ease the financial burden of starting a home inspection franchise, we offer a special discount to further incentivize veterans to sign on with us. For qualified former military personnel, we offer a 20% discount on our franchise fee to help with the startup costs of opening your franchise. We are also happy to assist with financing; we’ll speak with you about how to take advantage of funding from various Veterans’ Administration programs, which are designed to help ease your transition into a post-service career.
